Please call us at 800-871-9525, and we will assist you. There is a minimum order of 100 to personalize our products.

Can you bill me?

If you are a corporate client, we will send you an invoice. If you are an individual ordering products for personal use, payment is required up front until payment history is established.

Does Hope Health accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept all credit cards, including Government cards. We will send you a receipt in the mail or via email.

Do you accept product returns?

We do not accept returns, unless the product received was defective or the wrong product was sent to you. If that is the case, please contact us at 800-871-9525.

Why can you no longer re-use a mailing list?

Due to the new USPS NCOA/Move Update requirements, we must receive a fresh mailing list from you for each newsletter issue. You may email your mailing list to elp@HopeHealth.com. Please include your client number.

Please submit your mailing list by the 25th of the month, two months prior to month of publication (i.e., February 25 for the April issue). For mailing lists received after the deadline date, a $75 late fee will be charged. There is a minimum order of 200 for home mailing.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are typically received 2 to 3 weeks from the date the order is placed. Calendar orders are shipped according to a specific schedule that will be reviewed with you when you order. If you need your order by a specific date, please call us at 800-871-9525, and we will assist you.

Newsletters are shipped around the 20th of each month. Therefore, depending on your location, you should receive your newsletters within three to five business days after that.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

How will my products be shipped?

Products ordered in bulk are shipped via UPS Ground delivery service. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the continental USA, your products will ship via the USPS utilizing the most economic method. Newsletters sent into your readers’ homes are mailed via USPS Presort Standard.

Why did I receive an invoice prior to my product?

Our invoicing schedule may occasionally vary from our shipping schedule resulting in your invoice arriving prior to your shipment. Our payment terms are net 20 days.
