I ran across this good article, Corporate Wellness Programs – Are They Discrimination? and thought I’d share with you all. It answers some basic questions about workplace wellness programs and employee privacy.
Of course, I think “wellness” needs to be redefined and go through a renaissance in terms of how we approach the subject. But until then, for those of us still living in the middle ages of workplace wellness this article will help you sort out the madness. Just think of it as your version of how to build a moat.
